Our muffle furnaces offer a maximum temperature range of 1000°C to 1800°C, depending on the model. Standard models include 1200°C, 1400°C, 1600°C, and 1700°C, with higher temperatures available upon request.
Can the furnace operate under controlled atmosphere?
Yes, our muffle furnaces can operate with various gases, such as nitrogen (N₂), argon (Ar), and hydrogen (H₂). The system can be equipped with a sealed chamber, gas inlet and outlet ports, and flow control devices, enabling operation under protective or controlled atmospheres to meet specific process requirements.
What is the warranty period?
We provide a 12-month warranty for the entire unit (excluding consumable parts such as heating elements and thermocouples). During the warranty period, any failure caused by quality issues will be covered with free repair or replacement. Long-term technical support is also available.
How is the equipment shipped?
The equipment is packed in standard export wooden crates, with proper shockproof and moisture-proof protection.
