The BR-12N series 1200°C muffle furnace is the most widely used entry-level laboratory box furnace for general-purpose high-temperature processing. With a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C and a recommended working temperature of 1100°C, it covers the majority of routine laboratory applications, including ash content determination, organic burnout, ceramic bisque firing, glass annealing, and metal oxide synthesis.
Constructed with polycrystalline mullite fiber lining and high-quality resistance wire heating elements, the BR-12N delivers stable, uniform temperature distribution at an economical operating cost. Available in chamber volumes from 1 L to 1000 L, this muffle furnace scales from benchtop analytical use to small industrial batch processing.

50-Segment Programmable Controller with K-Type Thermocouple A K-type thermocouple paired with a 50-segment PID programmable controller allows precise ramp, soak, and cool cycles — essential for reproducible laboratory sintering and calcination procedures.
Wide Volume Range: 1 L to 1000 L The BR-12N series spans 14 standard chamber sizes. Single-phase models (1–27 L) suit bench-top laboratory use; three-phase models (36–1000 L) support larger batch and industrial-scale processing.
Safe, Cool-Running Exterior Double-layer shell with fan cooling keeps the outer surface below 60°C, making this 1200°C box furnace safe to operate in confined lab environments without additional guarding.
