Product Description

The Brotherfurnace laboratory muffle furnace is designed to meet the rigorous demands of universities, research institutes, and analytical laboratories. Built with polycrystalline mullite fiber insulation (120–250 mm total thickness), this laboratory box furnace delivers exceptional thermal uniformity and energy efficiency across a working temperature range from ambient up to 1800°C. Whether used for material sintering, ash determination, heat treatment trials, or compound analysis, the lab muffle furnace provides a clean, reliable, and controllable high-temperature environment.

The double-layer furnace shell with integrated cooling fan keeps the exterior surface below 60°C, ensuring safe operation in confined laboratory spaces. A structurally reinforced furnace roof prevents collapse during prolonged high-temperature cycles, extending service life significantly.

  • 50-Segment Programmable PID Control Fully programmable temperature controller with 50-segment ramp-and-soak capability and PID auto-tuning. Enables precise replication of complex thermal profiles for sintering, annealing, calcination, and other laboratory processes.

  • Compact Volume Options Chamber volumes from 1 L to 125 L accommodate everything from small analytical samples to multi-crucible batch processing, making this laboratory chamber furnace adaptable across a wide range of experimental scales.

  • Cool-Touch Exterior Dual-layer shell design with active fan cooling maintains the outer casing below 60°C under full operating conditions — a critical safety feature for shared laboratory environments.

  • Overheat Protection Built-in over-temperature alarm provides an additional layer of protection for both the furnace and the samples being processed.
