Our atmosphere furnace adopts a sealed chamber structure combined with a gas inlet and outlet system, ensuring stable atmosphere control. For processes with higher requirements, flow control and slight positive pressure systems can be configured to further reduce the risk of air ingress.
Will long-term use affect the sealing performance? Is maintenance complicated?
The sealing structure is made of high-temperature-resistant materials, offering good durability under normal operation. Daily maintenance only requires simple checks (such as sealing rings and gas line connections), resulting in low maintenance costs. We also provide operation and maintenance guidance to help extend the service life.
How is the exhaust gas handled? Will there be environmental concerns?
If organic or reactive gases are involved, it is recommended to equip an exhaust gas treatment system (such as combustion, adsorption, or filtration). We can provide appropriate solutions based on the gas type to meet environmental and laboratory safety requirements.
