Equipment Overview

The Brother hydrogen atmosphere debinding furnace is built for materials requiring a reducing environment — powder metallurgy components, high-temperature alloys, and particularly HTCC high-temperature co-fired ceramic substrates — where atmosphere composition directly controls sintering quality. The fully automatic H₂ process runs at 104–120 kPa with three-stream gas control (dry hydrogen, nitrogen, wet hydrogen) for precise dew point management, a silicon-free high-purity ceramic chamber rated to 1600°C, and an explosion-proof overpressure port as standard.

Key Features

  • Maximum working temperature 1600°C; silicon-free high-purity ceramic chamber

  • Fully automatic hydrogen debinding process; pressure control 104–120 kPa

  • Three-stream gas inlet: dry hydrogen, nitrogen, wet hydrogen with dew point control

  • Vacuum pump system with independent vacuum channel

  • Preheated H₂ inlet from above; degreasing collection tank and filter before ignition port

  • Explosion-proof overpressure port

  • Optional dew point meter, oxygen analyzer, hydrogen content analyzer

Applications

HTCC co-fired ceramic substrate sintering, powder metallurgy, high-temperature alloy and copper/steel reduction, semiconductor material heat treatment.

Optional

Dew point meter; wet hydrogen tank; hydrogen content analyzer; oxygen content analyzer; degreasing tank
