Integrated Debinding and Sintering Furnace
- Max Temp:650 °C
- Temp Uniformity:± 5 °C
- Power Range:15 – 51 kW · 380 V
- Certification:CE / ISO 9001 certified
Equipment Overview
The Brother integrated debinding and sintering furnace handles the complete ceramic processing cycle in a single unit — hot air circulation below 650°C for clean binder removal, transitioning automatically to five-sided thermal radiation heating up to 1200°C for full sintering. Designed for alumina, zirconia, and magnesia ceramics, it eliminates the inter-stage transfer risk of running debinding and sintering as separate operations, while each thermal stage remains independently and properly engineered.
Key Features
Full operating range RT to 1200°C (working temp 1100°C) in a single unit
Hot air circulation below 650°C; five-sided radiation heating above 650°C
Porous ceramic preheating air inlet with precisely adjustable wind speed
Ceramic internal air duct for multi-layer uniform fresh air distribution
Adjustable airflow parameters for varying debinding loads
Fast cooling with proportional air volume control
Optional exhaust gas pyrolysis package for operator safety
Applications
Complete debinding-to-sintering workflow for alumina, zirconia, magnesia, and other technical ceramics; 3D-printed ceramic component processing.
