Equipment Overview

The Brother hot air circulation debinding furnace is designed for ceramic binder burnout in an air atmosphere, combining a preheated fresh air inlet (up to 100 m³/h), internal spoiler fan (±5°C uniformity), and 620 m³/h high-flow exhaust system to deliver fast, clean degreasing at up to 650°C. An integrated 8 kW cracking unit at 900°C thermally decomposes organic exhaust at the source — enabling zero-pollution debinding under standard production loading.

Key Features

  • Maximum temperature 650°C; stainless steel (310S) chamber

  • Air preheating system up to 100 m³/h, max preheating temperature 650°C

  • 3-sided heating with internal spoiler fan; temperature uniformity ±5°C

  • Maximum exhaust volume 620 m³/h for rapid binder removal

  • Dedicated ceramic debinding airway: fresh hot air enters through micro-perforations on left, right, bottom, and rear; exhaust exits from upper outlet

  • Integrated cracking equipment (8 kW / 900°C) for complete gas decomposition

  • Passive safety air intake keeps binder gas pressure below the safety threshold

  • Programmable inlet/outlet air ratio control throughout the full debinding cycle

Applications

Ceramic binder burnout, alumina and zirconia debinding, 3D-printed ceramic pre-processing, air-atmosphere degreasing.
