Equipment Overview
The Brother ceramic debinding furnace is a high-capacity air atmosphere furnace for production-scale binder burnout of technical ceramics and MIM components. Three-sided heating with forced air circulation maintains ±5°C temperature uniformity across the full load, while the high-flow exhaust system removes binder gases as fast as they are generated. The bottom-loading trolley configuration makes handling heavy kiln furniture practical and reduces green part damage risk during loading.
