Designed for material laboratories and small-batch production environments where atmosphere purity and process consistency matter, the Brother 1200°C box-type atmosphere furnace offers a compact and reliable platform for heat treatment under controlled gas environments. The furnace is first evacuated to minimize residual oxygen, then backfilled with nitrogen, argon, or nitrogen-hydrogen mixtures to create the precise atmosphere required for each process.

Its fully enclosed, double-layer steel construction and alumina polycrystalline fiber chamber deliver both structural integrity and excellent thermal uniformity — making it a practical choice for researchers working with semiconductors, silicon nitride, and other oxygen-sensitive materials.
