Product Description

In powder metallurgy, ceramics, and cemented carbide production, sintering precision and atmosphere control directly determine final product quality. This multi-atmosphere vacuum sintering furnace is built for demanding industrial applications, reaching a maximum temperature of 1700°C to meet the needs of most high-temperature sintering processes.
Featuring a compact white-and-orange industrial design, it suits small-to-medium labs and production workshops alike. A circular furnace door with a mechanical locking mechanism ensures reliable sealing under high-temperature, high-pressure conditions — preventing gas leakage and keeping operation safe.

Product Highlights

  • Ultra-High Temperature Sintering Capability up to 1700°C

The furnace chamber can reach a maximum temperature of 1700°C. Combined with high-quality insulation materials and a precision temperature control system, it meets the sintering requirements of high-melting-point materials such as tungsten carbide, silicon nitride, and zirconia. It offers excellent temperature uniformity, with programmable heating curves to ensure stability and repeatability throughout the sintering process.

  • Precise Multi-Atmosphere Control System

The right side of the unit is equipped with multiple gas flow regulating valves and pressure gauges, enabling precise mixing and switching between protective or reducing gases such as nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen. This satisfies the differentiated atmosphere requirements of various materials during high-temperature sintering, effectively preventing workpiece oxidation and improving the density and mechanical properties of the sintered products.

  • Intelligent Operating Interface

The front of the unit features a color touchscreen control system, allowing operators to intuitively set sintering temperature curves (up to 1700°C), heating rates, holding times, and atmosphere switching points. This enables a fully automated sintering process, significantly reducing manual operation errors and improving production consistency.

  • Safety Assurance Design

A three-color warning light tower is mounted on top of the unit, providing real-time display of equipment status (running, standby, alarm) for convenient remote monitoring of the high-temperature sintering process. The control panel is equipped with start, stop, and emergency stop buttons, along with clear status indicator lights, ensuring safe and compliant operation during high-temperature processes.

  • Durable Industrial-Grade Construction

The furnace body is constructed with high-quality high-temperature insulation materials and a high-strength steel housing, capable of withstanding prolonged operation at 1700°C. The base is equipped with movable casters for flexible repositioning within the workshop, while also providing excellent shock absorption and stability.

Applications

This equipment is widely used in:

  • High-temperature sintering of cemented carbide and powder metallurgy products

  • High-temperature sintering of advanced ceramic materials (zirconia, silicon nitride, etc.)

  • New material research and development

  • Sintering processing of magnetic materials and electronic components

  • High-temperature materials science experiments in universities and research institutions
