Where box-type furnaces serve the laboratory bench, the Brother external heating atmosphere furnace addresses the demands of larger-scale sintering and heat treatment — offering substantially greater chamber volume while maintaining full atmosphere control capability for both inert and oxidizing process environments. With chamber sizes reaching Φ600×1000mm, it bridges the gap between laboratory research and pilot-scale or small-batch industrial production.

The external heating configuration places the heating elements outside the process chamber, reducing contamination risk and simplifying maintenance while allowing the internal atmosphere to remain undisturbed throughout the thermal cycle. A comprehensive safety interlock system, multiple gas emission pathways, and a robust atmosphere control system combine to create a reliable and operator-safe working environment for demanding daily use.
