The Brother vacuum tube furnace is built for demanding high-vacuum and controlled-atmosphere applications where process purity is critical. Paired with a molecular pump unit, it achieves an ultimate vacuum of 7×10⁻⁴ Pa — suitable for research requiring extremely clean processing environments, including thin film deposition, high-purity material synthesis, and advanced sintering.

Featuring high-purity quartz or alumina furnace tubes, 304 stainless steel double sealing flanges, and intelligent 30-segment programmable control, this tube furnace delivers the precision and reliability required in both laboratory research and small-scale industrial production.
