Product Description

The Brother rotary tube furnace is purpose-designed for calcining inorganic compounds with exceptional heating uniformity. Its rotating quartz tube with three internal lifting plates continuously turns the sample material during heating, ensuring complete and even thermal exposure — particularly critical for preparing Li-ion battery cathode materials such as LiFePO₃ and LiMnNiO₃ with conductive coatings.

The upper-open furnace cover design allows real-time observation of the heated material, while an adjustable tilt angle (0–30°) and variable rotation speed (0–10 RPM, reversible) make loading and unloading straightforward.
