Equipment Overview
Designed for high-performance vacuum quenching and heat treatment, this furnace features a full molybdenum thermal field — molybdenum foil furnace chamber with molybdenum belt heating elements — achieving a maximum working temperature of 1,350 °C. Suitable for quenching of tool steels, high-speed steels, stainless steels, and other alloys requiring bright, oxide-free surfaces under high vacuum conditions. Can also be applied to sintering and heat treatment of precision components.
