Introduction

The vacuum furnace equipped with a molybdenum foil furnace chamber is an advanced heat treatment system designed for high-temperature applications requiring a clean and controlled environment. The max temperature is 1350℃. With excellent thermal stability and superior vacuum integrity, this furnace is ideal for processes such as brazing, sintering, and annealing of high-performance materials.

Main Features of the Vacuum Furnace

• Using a molybdenum foil metal furnace chamber and a molybdenum belt for a heating element, the highest temperature can reach 1350 ℃.
• Molybdenum heating belts are distributed circularly in the furnace chamber, and the surrounding radiation heating, the furnace chamber temperature uniformity is high, up to ± 5℃.
• Clean stainless steel furnace, equipped with mechanical pump + diffusion pump vacuum unit, the ultimate vacuum can reach 7x 10-3Pa (empty load, cold state).
• HMI adopts an HD touch screen, built-in operating system developed by our company.
• PLC automatic control system.
• As required, inert gas can be added for accelerated cooling.

• External quick cooling system, from brazing temperature to 180℃, less than an hour.
