Introduction

This vacuum furnace features a stainless steel chamber and electric alloy tube heating. It offers a robust structure, clean design, and reliable durability. With a maximum operating temperature of 750°C, it ensures uniform heating and precise temperature control. It is suitable for a variety of low-temperature vacuum heat treatment processes, including brazing, sintering, annealing, and degreasing of materials such as aluminum alloys, copper, and stainless steel.

Compared to molybdenum foil chambers, stainless steel chambers offer lower energy consumption, reduced cost, and easier maintenance, making them economical and versatile solutions for low-temperature vacuum applications.

Key Features

Stainless Steel Chamber Design

Constructed with a high-quality stainless steel chamber and electric heating alloy tubes, with a maximum working temperature of 750°C.

Excellent Temperature Uniformity

Circular arrangement of heating tubes ensures even heating, with temperature uniformity up to ±5°C within the chamber.

HD Touchscreen Interface

Equipped with a high-definition touchscreen, integrated with a proprietary control system developed by our company for intuitive operation.

Fully Automated Control System

Incorporates a PLC-based control system for precise, automated process management.

Clean Vacuum Environment

The chamber interior is clean and polished, paired with a mechanical pump + diffusion pump vacuum system. Ultimate vacuum level reaches 7 × 10⁻³ Pa (empty, cold state).

Economical Solution

Compared to molybdenum foil vacuum furnaces, this model offers lower power consumption, reduced cost, and economic operation, making it ideal for low-temperature brazing.

Optional Configurations

External Rapid Cooling System

Reduces temperature from brazing point to 180°C in under one hour.

Stainless Steel Multi-Layer Fixture

Supports multi-layer loading for higher production efficiency.

Low-Temperature Al-Zn Based Brazing Flux

Various formulations are available to meet specific brazing requirements.

Industrial Chiller Unit

Provides stable and efficient water cooling, extending equipment life.
