Introduction

The tungsten wire chamber vacuum furnace is an advanced piece of equipment specifically designed for ultra-high-temperature heat treatment. It utilizes high-purity tungsten wire or tungsten mesh as the heating element, offering exceptional high-temperature resistance and stability, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 2400°C. Operating under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere, the furnace provides a clean, contamination-free heating environment. It is widely used for the sintering, degassing, and heat treatment of materials such as hard alloys, powder metallurgy products, ceramic materials, sapphire glass, and zirconia. This furnace is particularly well-suited for the preparation of high-purity transparent ceramics and crystal growth. It is also ideal for pilot-scale production in universities and research institutions.
