Product Description

This vacuum brazing molybdenum thermal furnace is engineered for high-temperature applications, with a maximum working temperature of 1350°C. It is particularly well-suited for brazing workpieces using silver, copper, or nickel-based filler materials. Thanks to its excellent high-vacuum performance and thermal stability, it is also applicable for various sintering and heat treatment processes.

  • High-Temperature Molybdenum Chamber: Equipped with a molybdenum foil furnace chamber and molybdenum heating belts as the heating elements. The system can reach temperatures up to 1350°C, suitable for demanding brazing requirements.

  • Uniform Heat Distribution: The heating belts are arranged in a circular configuration around the chamber, ensuring uniform radiative heating. Temperature uniformity within the chamber can reach ±5°C, contributing to consistent process quality.

  • High-Vacuum Capability: The furnace is integrated with a mechanical pump and diffusion pump vacuum system. Under cold, no-load conditions, the system can achieve an ultimate vacuum level of 7 × 10⁻³ Pa.

  • Clean Internal Construction: Built with a stainless steel housing for easy cleaning and enhanced corrosion resistance in vacuum environments.

  • User-Friendly Interface: Features a high-definition touchscreen HMI with a proprietary operating system developed by our engineering team, allowing for precise and efficient operation.

  • Automated PLC Control: The process is fully managed by a programmable logic controller (PLC), enabling reliable automation and process repeatability.

  • Optional Inert Gas Cooling: Inert gas (e.g., argon or nitrogen) can be introduced into the chamber to facilitate accelerated cooling when required, improving process efficiency.
