This vacuum brazing furnace is specifically designed for aluminum alloys and other low-melting-point materials. It is also suitable for applications such as low-temperature sintering and heat treatment under vacuum conditions.

  • Uniform Heating: The electric alloy tubes are arranged in an annular configuration, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity within the furnace chamber, up to ±5°C.

  • Advanced Control Interface: Features an intuitive high-definition touchscreen HMI, running on a proprietary operating system developed in-house for seamless operation.

  • PLC Automated Control: Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) for precise automation and process stability.

  • High Vacuum Performance: Utilizes a combination of a mechanical pump and diffusion pump vacuum system. Under cold, no-load conditions, the ultimate vacuum can reach 7 × 10⁻³ Pa.

  • Cost-effective Alternative: Compared to molybdenum foil vacuum furnaces, this model offers lower power consumption, reduced cost, and more economical operation, making it an ideal choice for low-temperature brazing applications.
