Introduction of Vacuum Cutting-Tools Brazing Furnace

The BR-200BF Series vacuum brazing furnace is specifically engineered for high-precision brazing of small-sized superhard materials and complex assemblies. It is widely used in the joining of cemented carbide cutting tools such as PCD tools, PCBN tools, CVD/CBN tools, engraving tools, and drill bits. Additionally, it supports brazing applications for stainless steel, single crystal components, ceramic-to-metal joints, dissimilar metal assemblies, and multi-layer structures such as sandwich parts and honeycomb panels.

  • Ensures clean, oxidation-free brazing surfaces, with a double-layer stainless steel platform for organized and stable placement of brazing parts.
