Description of Vacuum Cutting-Tools Brazing Furnace

The Brother Furnace Series vacuum brazing furnace is specifically engineered for high-precision brazing of small-sized superhard materials and complex assemblies. It is widely used in the joining of cemented carbide cutting tools such as PCD tools, PCBN tools, CVD/CBN tools, engraving tools, and drill bits. Additionally, it supports brazing applications for stainless steel, single crystal components, ceramic-to-metal joints, dissimilar metal assemblies, and multi-layer structures such as sandwich parts and honeycomb panels.

Product Description

  • Advanced PLC Control System with both automatic and manual modes, paired with a 10-inch HD touchscreen HMI. Supports up to 50 programmable curves and 30 stored programs for streamlined operation and efficient batch processing.

  • Real-time data logging, including temperature and vacuum curves, is available for export and analysis.

  • Ensures clean, oxidation-free brazing surfaces, with a double-layer stainless steel platform for organized and stable placement of brazing parts.

  • 360° ring and bottom heating design enables uniform thermal distribution and delivers 2–3 times higher brazing strength compared to conventional high-frequency brazing methods.

  • High throughput capability — for example, a single cycle can accommodate over 600 pieces of CNGA1204 inserts, enhancing production efficiency.

  • The vacuum system comprises a mechanical pump and diffusion pump, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 7 × 10⁻³ Pa under cold and empty conditions.
