High Temperature Box Type Crucible Melting Furnace for Laboratory and Industrial Applications
The Box Type Crucible Melting Furnace is designed for high-temperature melting, heat treatment and material research in universities, research institutes and industrial applications.
Equipped with a PID automatic temperature control system, this furnace provides accurate temperature control with a maximum temperature of 1700℃. It is widely used for melting metals, alloys, ceramics, glass and new materials.
The furnace chamber adopts high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber insulation, featuring excellent thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. The durable carbon steel shell with double-layer air cooling structure ensures safe and reliable operation.
Multiple protection systems, including over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, leakage and short-circuit protection, provide stable and safe performance.
