Introduction

This vacuum sintering furnace utilizes a tungsten wire mesh heating system, enabling ultra-high temperatures up to 2400 °C in a clean, contamination-free environment. It is ideal for the sintering of high-purity ceramics, transparent ceramics, sapphire glass, and zirconia under high vacuum. Additionally, it supports degassing and aging treatments. The system is widely used in pilot-scale production, university research, and advanced materials laboratories.
