Supports sintering in controlled atmospheres such as nitrogen, argon, or hydrogen. Widely used in powder metallurgy and magnetic materials, ensuring reduced oxidation and precise thermal profiles.

Introduction

This vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace integrates a vacuum and gas control system, allowing pre-vacuuming of the furnace chamber followed by backfilling with high-purity gases such as nitrogen, argon, or nitrogen-hydrogen mixtures. After deoxidation and dehydration treatment, the system supports various heat treatment processes—including degreasing, sintering, and annealing—under a controlled atmosphere. For degreasing applications, an optional partial pressure system and oil cooling/collection unit are available.

High-Performance Heating System

Equipped with a ceramic fiber insulation chamber and MoSi₂ heating elements, the furnace can reach temperatures up to 1600 °C.

Robust Vacuum System

Integrated two-stage rotary vane mechanical pump and Roots pump allow for fast evacuation. Ultimate vacuum: 7×10⁻¹ Pa.

Efficient Gas Flow Design

The gas system features a dedicated circuit where high-purity N₂ (or other gases) enters the chamber post-deoxidation and dehydration, circulates effectively, and exits through a dedicated exhaust, maintaining a stable protective atmosphere.

Trolley-Type Bottom Access

Furnace base features an electric-driven trolley design for easy loading/unloading outside the chamber, simplifying maintenance and operation.
