Introduction

The Industrial Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace utilizes medium-frequency induction heating combined with a high-performance vacuum system, enabling the melting of metals in a controlled high-vacuum environment. It is ideal for the production and research of materials such as nickel-based alloys, special steels, precision alloys, active metals, high-temperature alloys, and magnetic materials. This furnace is also suitable for precision casting of small metal parts under vacuum conditions.

  • High-Temperature Capability: Equipped with IGBT or KGPS medium-frequency power supplies; maximum temperature reaches up to 2300°C.
  • High Vacuum System: Integrated mechanical pump, Roots pump, and diffusion pump achieve a final vacuum level of 6×10⁻³ Pa.
  • Efficient Feeding System: Comes with a standard alloy feeder for controlled material addition; optional secondary feeder allows continuous feeding during melting.
  • User-Friendly Interface: Features an HD touchscreen with a custom-developed HMI system for easy operation.
  • Observation Window: Built-in glass window with protective shielding enables safe viewing of internal processes.
  • Easy Maintenance: Inductor coil made from rectangular copper tubing is easily mounted/detached with coupling heads.
  • Flexible Crucible Options: Supports both pre-sintered crucibles and tamped crucibles depending on the metal type; crucible material is selected based on the smelting application.
